Mainly used for pressurized water supply in fire protection systems, it can also be applied to water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range for transporting liquids is 5-350L/s, the pressure range is 0.2-1.5MPa, the matching power range is 4-200kW, and the diameter range is φ 50~ φ 500mm.

Main uses

The XBD-L (W) fire pump is mainly used for pressurized water supply in fire protection system pipelines. It can also be applied to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom, boiler cold and warm water circulation pressurized air conditioning refrigeration system water supply and equipment matching, and other occasions.

Product features

1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure installation occupies a small area, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thereby enhancing the stability and service life of the pump operation.

2. The bearing adopts a low-noise enclosed bearing, which has been injected with lubricating grease when leaving the factory, ensuring continuous operation for more than two years.

3. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal that operates without leakage, ensuring that the pump room is clean and tidy.

4. The pump rotor has a small deflection, smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.

Structural description

The XBD-L (W) single suction single-stage fire pump consists of a motor and a pump, which are coaxial. The pump structure includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making it extremely convenient for loading and unloading and occupying a small area. The pump is equipped with a mounting base, which is easy to install and increases the stability of pump operation. The pump seal adopts mechanical sealing, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balance ring installed on the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed for a pressure of 1.6MPa, and the pipeline matching is convenient.
