Operational principle

The constant pressure water supply equipment adopts pneumatic water supply. Utilize the sealed tank body and utilize the high-pressure gas and water pressure inside the tank to achieve the purpose of water supply. The specific working sequence is that the water pump presses the water into the tank through the check valve, compressing the gas inside the tank and gradually increasing the pressure. When the pressure reaches the specified upper limit, the electric contact pressure gauge automatically stops the pump through the control cabinet. The water pressure in the equipment is higher than the pressure in the external pipeline network, and it automatically sends water to the water supply network. When the water level inside the tank drops and the gas expansion pressure inside the tank decreases to the specified lower limit position, the electric contact pressure gauge restarts the water pump through the control cabinet. This repetition keeps the equipment supplying water continuously. When the gas in the tank is insufficient, the air replenishment valve can automatically replenish air.

Device Mode

（1） Stable current compensator and vacuum suppressor control mode

When the water supply in the municipal pipeline network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal pipeline network, the vacuum suppressor opens, and air enters the stable flow compensator, turning the originally closed compensator into a cut-off water tank to suppress negative pressure. In addition, a liquid level control is set in the stable flow compensator. When it is below the low level, the water pump stops working.

（2） Self controlled current limiting mode

When the municipal pipeline network has insufficient water supply or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal pipeline network, feedback from pressure sensing signals is used to limit the frequency converter, so that the water pump does not exceed the water intake capacity. When the municipal pipeline network water supply meets the requirements, the system returns to normal.

（3） Pressure control point method

When the municipal pipeline network has insufficient water supply or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal pipeline network, the variable flow and constant pressure water supply pump will be started directly. After the water supply meets the requirements, the system will return to normal. Although enterprises without negative pressure water supply equipment have developed rapidly in recent years, they still have the following shortcomings in terms of relevant standards and technical aspects:

Firstly, its application has certain limitations. Due to its lack of secondary water storage devices, once there is a malfunction in the municipal water supply, the entire equipment will stop running and be in a water outage state. Therefore, it is not suitable for special users who cannot provide uninterrupted water supply.

Secondly, as it is a new type of equipment, the technical aspects still need to be further matured, and the application conditions also need to be continuously improved due to changes in municipal water supply conditions.
